Berry Green Smoothie

Berries, Greens and a little avocado and cinnamon make this a flavorful and creamy balanced smoothie.

  • 1 Cup Strawberries (frozen)
  • 2 Cups Blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 Avocado (pitted – remove skin)
  • 2 Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk, Water, Coconut Water or Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Greens (Kale, Beet Greens, Spinach, Swiss Chard etc.)
  • 1 Tsp Protein Powder – vanilla (optional)
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy!
