GC Tangy Vinaigrette

Flavor packed salad dressing for salads and steamed veggies

  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Lemon (juice)
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar (apple cider or white)
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Organic)
  1. In a medium sized bowl whisk all the ingredients together except for the oil.

    Once combined, begin whisking in the olive oil in a slow steady stream until combined.

    Let sit for 5-10 minutes so that the flavors begin to come together.

    Meal Prep and Make Ahead:

    This will store well in the refrigerator for up to a week.
