GC Creamy Winter Berry Smoothie
Berries, cinnamon and avocado blend together to make a nutrient dense smoothie that’s great even in the winter time.
- 1 Cup Milk Alternative or Coconut Water
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Greens or 1 scoop Greens Supplement
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Honey (optional)
