If you need some greens, but want a little warmth and spice, give this creamy winter berry smoothie a try!

GC Creamy Winter Berry Smoothie

Berries, cinnamon and avocado blend together to make a nutrient dense smoothie that’s great even in the winter time.

  • 1 Cup Milk Alternative or Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Greens or 1 scoop Greens Supplement
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)
  1. Blend together and enjoy!
