GC Morning Routine Juice
Water, lemon juice, cinnamon, cayenne and honey or maple syrup make this the perfect way to wake up.
- 12-16 oz Filtered Water
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (even less if you don't like a lot of spice)
- 1/4 Cup Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup
Combine and whisk all the ingredients together and enjoy!
