It’s really common for any athlete to want to work on technique and do MORE to improve.

Forexample, hit more golf balls, play more games of golf, work on technique, change equipment, get fancy data from improving technology etc.

training you are already doing to see improvements in your performance (like bigger back swing, distance, feeling strong to the end of the game) that has “virtually nothing” to do with skills?

Dr Joe Orbaczewski, DPT, OCS, CSCS is a doctor of physical therapy and has been practicing for the past 8.5 years. He is a board certified specialist in orthopedics and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA.

Performance located in southern Maine. He primarily works with golfers and fitness athletes but has worked with various athletes of varying ages and abilities. When Joe isn’t working with
